Online payment for shopping on e-commerce platforms

Merrigan Academy is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of its customers, offering the highest quality services. We are constantly raising the bar to provide programs that meet the needs of our students. However, in the event that a student wishes to cancel a course and request a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • a notice is sent by e-mail to info@merriganacademy.com of withdrawal from the program;

  • a full refund is provided where notice of withdrawal from a program is received no later than 30 days prior to the commencement of the program;

  • a 75% refund is provided where notice of withdrawal from a program is received less than 30 days, but more than 14 days prior to the commencement of the program;

  • a 25% refund is provided where notice of withdrawal from a program is received less than 14 days prior to the commencement of the program; 

  • no refund is provided where 10% o of a program have been completed.

Refunds will be paid within 30 days of the school receiving notification of withdrawal from the program, provided one of the above conditions is met.
